Terms of Service

QuickHitch is a financial intelligence platform that lets you upload financial reports and other business documents, ask questions through a chat agent, and receive scheduled reviews per company. We provide the service on a subscription basis.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload. You grant QuickHitch a limited license to process that data only to provide the service to your organization. We will not use your data to train models that benefit other customers.

You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not have the right to share with QuickHitch
• Attempt to access another organization's data
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
• Use the service to violate applicable law

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Trials are 14 days and require a card on file; you can cancel before the trial ends with no charge. Usage above your plan's included credits is billed at the rate listed on the pricing page.

You can manage your subscription, change plans, and cancel any time from the billing page, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal.

QuickHitch uses large language models to interpret your questions and select tools. Numbers shown in the product come from your real uploaded data and are traceable to a source row. Prose explanations are generated by an AI model and may contain errors. Do not rely on QuickHitch as the sole basis for financial, legal, or tax decisions; verify against your books and consult professionals.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily limit access to protect the service.

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

QuickHitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
