What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, email, and the name of the organization you create. When you connect a company and upload documents, we store the documents you upload and the structured data extracted from them. We collect basic usage information (page views, feature usage) to understand how the product is used and to improve it.
How we use your data
We use your documents and the data extracted from them solely to provide the QuickHitch service to you: answering your questions, generating Hitches, and rendering reports.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train models that other customers benefit from. Your organization's data is isolated from other organizations.
Subprocessors
The following service providers process data on our behalf:
- Vercel: application hosting and blob storage
- Neon: managed Postgres database and authentication
- Anthropic: large language model API for the agent
- Upstash QStash: background job queue
- Stripe: payment processing
- Resend: transactional email
Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as your organization has an active account. If you cancel, your data remains available for export for 30 days. After that we delete or anonymize it unless we are required to retain it by law.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time from the settings page. You can request that we delete your organization and all associated data by emailing privacy@quickhitch.app. Residents of jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws (including the EU, UK, and California) have additional rights including access, correction, and portability.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third- party advertising trackers.
