About QuickHitch

We are building the financial intelligence layer for the businesses you actually run.

Most finance tools assume you have a full accounting team and a single set of books. The owner-operators and fractional CFOs we work with do not have those luxuries. They run three brands across two regions on two different ledger systems and they want a straight answer about cash by Monday morning. QuickHitch is built for that life.

Why we built this

The original version of QuickHitch was a desktop workbook a small operator built to survive his own weekly review cadence. Five companies, three software stacks, four hours of report-wrangling every Monday before anything useful could be discussed.

The first thing we learned: there is no shortage of finance tools. There is a shortage of tools that take the messy stack a real business already runs on and make it answer your questions in plain English without lying about the numbers.

The second thing we learned: AI made the parsing trivial. The unsolved problem is trust. So we built QuickHitch on a foundation where the model can never produce a figure from memory. Every number lives in a typed tool call against your real data, and every component renders citations to the source row.

What we believe

Trust before features

Every number we show points back to the row it came from. We would rather say 'I do not know' than guess a figure. Financial software earns its keep by being right, not by being clever.

Software that compounds

The product gets smarter every time you use it. When you upload a new report format, we learn it once and remember it forever. Your time and your knowledge belong to your business.

No black boxes

If you cannot click a number to see where it came from, we will not show you the number. If you cannot understand why the agent did something, we will not let it do that thing.
